  Went to see Alejandro Fernandez, best time ever! There was a gentleman by the name of JOE or JOSEPH, at customer relations, he was the best. Joe was professional, courteous, transparent, friendly and the essence of customer service.
  
  I really want Joe to know he made a huge difference in our enjoyment of the concert. And left a very special impression. Looking forward to attending again, but really looking forward to seeing Joe again and personally thank him.

  My children said the food they ordered was good. The service is excellent. They have a team of happy employees who get the job done. We were amazed that we were able to pay for our food and receive our food before we even got to the window. I am impressed by the team work and efficiency. Keep Going!

  The Venue is great!!!! Acoustics are awesome and clean bathrooms the whole show! Only thing that needs serious improvement is the parking lot staff! If you have to pay $45 to park, they should be able to point you to the right spot.

  The venue cannot organize parking for big events with any level of competence and would prefer to make fun of their clients.
  
  They also look at someone with a cane and single them out when a show is over to move them on. I asked for 5 minutes as I wouldn't want to stand in the crowds and then would move, I was told "good luck with that," and told to leave immediately. Plenty of able body folk were left in place while security did this.

  It's an old building but still a great venue for concerts. Not really a bad seat in the house. Padded seats, which is nice. Plenty of parking. Park next door at the new Rams/Chargers stadium and walk over. Makes getting out so much easier.
